The Ingredients needed to make Japanese Deep Fried Chicken (Tatsuta Age):
  1. Prepare 400 grams of Chicken Thigh
  2. You need 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
  3. It’s 1 tbsp of Sake (Japanese Cooking Wine)
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of Mirin
  5. You need As needed of Potato Starch
  6. It’s As needed of Lettuce
  7. It’s As needed of Lemon
Step to make Japanese Deep Fried Chicken (Tatsuta Age):
