The Ingredients needed to make Indian Tiramisu:
  1. It’s 100 gms of whipped cream
  2. You need 3-4 tbsp of cream cheese
  3. You need 2 tbsp of sugar powdered
  4. It’s 1 tsp of whipped coffee powder
  5. It’s 1/2 tsp of cocoa powder
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  7. You need 3/4 cup of sugar
  8. It’s 1 and half cup of water
  9. It’s 1 tbsp of cocoa powder for dusting
  10. It’s For of ladyfingers
  11. It’s 1 cup of milk powder
  12. You need 1/3 cup of plain flour
  13. It’s 3 tbsp of suji
  14. It’s 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  15. You need 3-4 tbsp of milk (or as require)
  16. You need 2 tbsp of curd
  17. Prepare 1 of and half tsp ghee for knead dough
  18. It’s 1 cup of Clarified butter (ghee) for frying or shallow frying
Step to make Indian Tiramisu:
  1. Mix dry ingredients, milk powder, suji, plain flour and baking soda.
  2. Take a bowl and add dry ingredients, add curd and milk, and mix well. Take some ghee into hand na bind soft dough (ghee will keep your hand clean that didntstick to dough). You will need to grease your hand 3-4times, so 1tsp ghee will needed. Now prepare shape of ladyfinger Long and rectangle. (Now prepate sugar syrup when you are shaping the jamun).
  3. Prepare sugar syrup. Simmer for 5 Add coffee and cocoa powder into it and transfer into bowl.
  4. Now slightly heat ghee(clarified butter)and add prepared jamun in it. Keep flame very low.(as I kept half nozel closed from gas line, so you can control your gas flame.) And fry until light brown and fluffy. (Will take 8-10min) then add into hot sugar syrup. Keep it into syrup for 1 hour then remove and keep in deep frizer for half hr.
  5. Mix wheaped cream, cream cheese and vanilla extract. And transfer into piping bag.
  6. Now, 1st layer with soaked jamun then layer with cream, again 2nd layer of jamun and layer of cream, and 3rd layer of jamun and layer of cream. Now do the last layer evenly with knife or spatula. And dust with cocoa powder.
  7. Keep it into fridge for 2-3 hr. OR put it into deep frizer for 1 hour. Cut and serve chilled.
