The Ingredients need to make Summer Japanese Salad:
- Prepare 1/4 cup of red quinoa cooked
- You need 1 of small carrot
- It’s 1/2 cup of lettuces
- It’s 1 of large Peach
- You need 2 tbsp of coconuts flakes
- You need of Dressing
- It’s 3 tbsp of soy sauce
- It’s 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Prepare 1 tbsp of molasses/roman sauce
- Prepare 2 tbsp of lemon juice/lime
- Prepare of Salt and black pepper
Step to make Summer Japanese Salad:
- Boil the quinoa.
- Wash the veges then shredd the carrot, and slice the lettuces and peach.
- Mix the dressing in a bowl and set aside.
- Mix all in a plate and put the dressing up and serve.
