1. It’s 250 grams of gizzards
2. Prepare 1 tsp of paprika, cayenne, and cumin powder
3. It’s of Salt
4. You need of Vegetable oil
5. You need of Vegetable.. Onion, carrots, tomatoes
6. Prepare of Coconut powder/milk/cream

Step to make Chicken Gizzards with a starch of your choice:

1. Clean, chop, and boil your gizzards till they soften
2. Add your spice.let it boil till all the water evaporates
3. Prepare your other ingredients in the meantime
4. Once all the water evaporate.. Add a little oil, add your onion. Let them cook for a while before adding tomatoes
5. Let the tomatoes completely cook before adding the rest of the vegetable. Taste to see if you will need to adjust the seasoning..add a little water or coconut milk/cream to create some sauce
6. Serve with a starch of your choice
