To make this homemade fried rice recipe, you will need: Cooked, chilled rice: Make sure your rice has been cooked in advance and thoroughly chilled in the fridge in a sealed container. As I said before, freshly-cooked rice will not work well in this recipe. A quick fried rice like you get at your favorite Chinese restaurant.

The Ingredients needed to make Chinese Fried Rice:
  1. It’s of Chawal (Rice) 2 Cups (soaked boiled)
  2. Prepare 2 tbs of Oil
  3. It’s 3/4 Cup of Gajar (Carrot) finely chopped
  4. You need 2 of Anday (Egg) beaten
  5. It’s 3/4 Cup of Bund gobhi (Cabbage) finely chopped
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder)
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Chicken powder
  8. It’s of Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  9. Prepare of Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped ¾ Cup
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Cheeni (Sugar)
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of Til ka tel (Sesame oil)

Chop green onions and keep the dark green portions separate for garnish. Heat up a wok or non-stick skillet. Know what type of rice to use. Chang starts with long-grain jasmine rice. It can be any kind of rice, but I prefer jasmine because its what I grew.

Step to make Chinese Fried Rice:
  1. Tray per boiled chawal dal kar pheela lein aur thanda kar lein side per rakh dein.
  2. Karhai mein oil aur anday dal dein aur ache tarhan mix kar lein.
  3. Gajar aur bund gobhi dal dein aur 1-2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
  4. Boiled chawal dal kar mix toss kar lein.
  5. Safed mirch powder,chicken powder,cheeni,namak aur hara pyaz dal kar ache tarhan mix kar lein.
  6. Til ka tel dal kar mix kar lein serve karein.

To cook in a wok on a gas burner: Preheat a wok over high heat until lightly smoking. If cooking on a powerful outdoor wok burner, reduce heat to minimum. If using a standard Western burner, keep heat on high throughout cooking. Chinese fried rice includes chopped spring onions sprinkled on top, whilst Thai fried rice may prefer basil. This Quinoa Fried Rice or even this Cauliflower Fried Rice are both healthier ways to make fried rice.
