The Ingredients need to make Healthy Sprouts salad with low fat paneer dressing:
- Prepare 1 cup of Sprouts and peanuts soaked -
- It’s 2 of Walnuts broken -
- You need -2 tsp of Cucumber chopped
- It’s 2 tsp of Cabbage chopped-
- It’s 2 tsp of Spring onions finely chopped-
- Prepare -2 tsp of Tomato finely chopped
- You need -2 tsp of Carrot grated
- It’s -2 tsp of Beetroot grated-
- You need -2 tsp of Pomegranate-
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Lemon -
- Prepare -50 gm of Dressing-low fat paneer cubed
- You need -1/2 cup or as required of Low fat milk to grind
- You need 1/2 tsp of Black pepper crushed -
- Prepare 1 of Green chilli
- It’s 1 tsp of Green coriander-
- You need -4 to 5 of Mint leaves
- It’s to taste of salt
- You need 1/4 tsp of Black salt-
- It’s of For flowers on salad -
- You need 1/2 of -turnip
- You need 1 of Beetroot
- You need -2 of Cucumbers small
- It’s 1/2 of Carrot-
- Prepare 1 of Apple for swan
Step to make Healthy Sprouts salad with low fat paneer dressing:
- Firstly chop all vegetable..and wash the socked sprout
- To prepare the dressing grind paneer, milk, green coriander, green chilli,few mint leave
- Grind the dressing ingredients to fine smooth creamy batter and add balck salt, crushed blackpepper and salt to taste.
- Now mix the sprouts, veggies and dressing all together…add lemon juice,can be adjusted according to taste.
- For further salad decorations roses are made out by rolling thin circled shape beetroot,turnip,cucucumber piece
- For apple swan cut the apple into half vertically. now at 1 side slice out apple piece by cutting at 90degree…rest refer the picture.for head, shape up the remaining apple piece.
- NoteAdd the dressing to sprouts and veggies just before you eat.. and enjoy the real goodness of this tangy creamy and healthy .
