The Ingredients needed to make Japanese Authentic Miso Soup:

  2. You need 1 handful of Katsuobushi(bonito flakes)

Step to make Japanese Authentic Miso Soup:
  1. Make the Dashi. Boil 500ml of water in a small pot.
  2. Add one handful of bonito flakes and simmer for about 3 minutes over low heat.
  3. Place a paper towel on a strainer. Strain the bonito flakes from the Dashi.
