The Ingredients need to make Prawn with Tarui Or jhinge chingri:
  1. It’s 4 of tarui
  2. Prepare 1 of onion
  3. It’s 1 small bowl of prawn
  4. Prepare As required of Salt
  5. It’s As required of Turmeric powder
  6. It’s 2 of Sukha lal mirch
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Mustard oil
  8. You need 1 tbsp of Mustard paste
Step to make Prawn with Tarui Or jhinge chingri:
  1. Heat a pan on high flame with mustard oil.
  2. Fry the prawn
  3. Add one half tsp pachforon.
  4. Add onion
  5. Add tarui, salt, turmeric powder and a little bit of sugar and fried prawn.
  6. When the water of the vegetables became dry.
  7. Add mustard paste.
  8. Serve it hot with roti or rice.
