  10. Prepare 1/4 bunch of Scallions
  11. You need 1 tsp of Sesame seeds
  12. It’s 1 packages of Chicken wings (or drums) Aprox 10-12 each
  13. You need 1 large of White onion
  14. Prepare 1/4 cup of Vegetable oil

Sticky Chinese Chicken Wings - These delectable sweet and savory wings are perfect to the very last bite. Marinated and baked in my tried and true sauce featuring toasted sesame oil, lots of garlic. Step to make Chinese Chicken Wings:
  1. Chop garlic (big or little, however you prefer) and add to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Slice whole onion and also add to the bowl.
  3. Add all the other ingredients to the mixing bowl except the chicken, scallions and sesame seed
  4. Heat a medium sized pot to medium heat. Add oil and wait til its up to temp before adding chicken. Brown chicken on each side.
  5. After its done browning add all the contents of the mixing bowl.
  6. Bring it to a simmer and then stir a few time Place lid on pot and turn down heat to low.
  7. Let it sit for Aprox 20 min until it starts to thicken. Once it starts to thicken start stirring until all the sauce has covered the wings and its nicely glazed. (Be aware the chicken might fall off bone when mixing due to how scrumptious they are.)
  8. Slice scallions on a thin bias using only the green part and sprinkle on top along with sesame seed Serve and ENJOY! )
