The Ingredients needed to make Soy Milk Dora-Yaki Pancakes with Cream Filling:
  1. You need 200 grams of Hot cake (or pancake mix)
  2. It’s 1 of Egg
  3. It’s 2 tbsp of Honey
  4. You need 180 ml of Soy milk (milk is OK too)
  5. Prepare of Cream Filling
  6. It’s 50 ml of Double cream
  7. Prepare 50 of to 80 grams Coarse adzuki bean paste
Step to make Soy Milk Dora-Yaki Pancakes with Cream Filling:
  1. Put all the ingredients except the double cream and bean paste and stir well. Cover with cling film and leave at room temperature for about 10 minute
  2. Put ice in the bowl and put the cream in another bowl. Put the cream bowl over the ice bowl and whip the cream until stiff. Add the bean paste and mix well. Chill in the fridge.
  3. Fry 1/2 ladle of batter over a low heat and flip over to cook for about another minute. Transfer to a tupperware container and cover with cling wrap to cool.

  6. You can freeze them too. The cream filling will become ice cream. Ive changed the amount of sugar to reduce the sweetnes
