The Ingredients needed to make Matcha Soy Milk Steamed Buns:
- You need 200 grams of Pancake mix
- You need 150 ml of Soy milk
- It’s 1 tbsp of Honey
- It’s 1/2 tsp of ■ Matcha
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of ■Soy milk
Step to make Matcha Soy Milk Steamed Buns:
- Combine the pancake mix and soy milk, then add honey.
- Dissolve the matcha in 1/2 tablespoon of soy milk (its difficult to combine at first, but mix well).
- Divide the Step 1 mixture into half and mix one half with the matcha from Step 2.
- Place a paper muffin cup into a pudding cup and use a spoon to plop in the two mixtures alternatively, 2-3 times each. You dont need to create a marbled pattern, just alter the location that you put in the mixture
- Steam for 10 - 15 minutes on high heat. When a skewer is poked into the buns and comes out clean, theyre done. I steamed them for about 13 minute Be careful not to steam them for too long. Check on them once after 10 minute
