The Ingredients needed to make Egg White Pound Cake:

  2. It’s 3 tbsp of Sugar
  3. It’s 3 tbsp of Vegetable oil
  4. Prepare 5 tbsp of Pancake mix
  5. You need 1 of Vanilla extract
Step to make Egg White Pound Cake:
  1. Prepare the ingredient Line the baking pan with kitchen parchment paper or oil. Preheat the oven to 180℃ (356 Fahrenheit).
  2. Beat the egg whites until peaks form, adding the sugar as you go.
  3. Mix in the vegetable oil.
  4. Fold in 1/3 of the pancake mix at a time. In the final addition, add the vanilla extract as well.
  5. Pour into the pan and bake at 180℃ (356 Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes and its done.
