Its absolutely delicious and everybody loves it- no doubt about that. Chinese fried rice prepared with freshly cooked rice has a softer texture, yet you can make the outer surface dryer by frying briefly with high heat. The rice is delicate inside and aromatic outside.

This Chinese fried rice has the flavor those other recipes are missing. I want to dedicate this dish to Bergy, whose recipe AM Bs Indonesian Mehoon has inspired this dish. Make sure you season your rice with salt before it cook

The Ingredients need to make Hubby’s Chinese fried rice:
  1. It’s of Rice
  2. It’s of Tumeric
  3. It’s of Green peas
  4. You need of Carrot
  5. It’s of Onions
  6. You need cube of Maggi
  7. You need of Powdered garlic
  8. It’s of Sweet corn
  9. It’s of Minced meat
  10. Prepare of Butter
  11. It’s of Egg

Indo Chinese Fried Rice - veggie fried rice tossed with carrot, peas, pepper, soy sauce and vinegar. A perfect accompaniment to your indo We like it this way but feel free to add other veggies of your choice like broccoli, cabbage, mushroom I know if I would add those, my hubby would not eat it! My hubby also love that very much.

Step to make Hubby’s Chinese fried rice:
  1. Pour some water into a clean pot,add a little Tumeric, add 3 bay leaf to the water and allow it to boil before adding rice to it.
  2. Once the rice is Parboiled, set aside the rice and put your pot on the fire before adding some butter to it.
  3. Pour your veggies into the pot, add Maggi cubes, powdered garlic and fry the veggies until well fried.
  4. Get a pan and add a little butter to it, before adding your minced meat to it.fry your minced meat until it becomes a little bit brown
  5. Add your minced meat to the fried veggies and set aside before you put back your pot on fire and also add some butter to it break your eggs into the empty pot and make the egg in a scrambled way before pouring the fried veggies to it.
  6. 6-add your rice to the veggies and turn until all the spices and veggies are mixed well with the rice before lower your fire and allow the rice for like 3 minutes before you bring it down and serve. Noteyou can serve this method of Chinese fried rice with any sauce of your choice. you can also add shrimps,prawns if you want.

This is my fried rice recipe I am loving, which I am hooked, after so many attempt I prefer and recommend using olive oil, as it better for health. Fried rice needs good amount of oil to get the perfect result. Any oil would work if generously added. If you do not like olive.
