The Ingredients need to make Date Puffed Rice Balls:
  1. You need 2 cups of dried dates
  2. It’s 1/4 cup of hot water
  3. You need 2 cups of puffed brown rice
  4. It’s 2 tablespoons of honey
  5. You need 2 tablespoons of coconut
  6. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  7. It’s 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
  8. You need 1 scoop (32 g) of chocolate protein powder
Step to make Date Puffed Rice Balls:
  1. Add 1 cup dates and hot water in a bowl. Set aside to re
  2. Add the other cup of dates in the food processor and blitz.
  3. Add the puffed rice, honey, coconut, salt, peanut butter and protein. Mix together.
  4. I used puffed brown rice, alternatively replace with 2 cups Rice Krispie
  5. I used chocolate flavored protein powder, alternatively replace with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  6. Add the dates and water into the mixture. Blitz together until they are sticky and mooshy.
  7. Roll the mixture into ball
