  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of ● Sugar
  6. It’s 1 of ● Wakame seaweed
  7. It’s 400 ml of ○ Dashi stock
  8. It’s 1 tsp of ○ Salt
  9. You need 1 tbsp of ○ Soy sauce
  10. It’s 1 tbsp of ○ Sugar
  11. Prepare 2 of Snow peas (as garnish)
  12. It’s 1 dash of Carrot (as garnish)
Step to make Round Egg Tofu Clear Soup:
  1. Cook the ● marked ingredients except for the wakame seaweed, then cool. Simmer the ○ marked ingredients in a pot to make the
  2. Beat the eggs and combine with the ● marked ingredients, trying not to make the egg foamy, then strain through a fine mesh strainer. Then add the chopped wakame.
