The Ingredients need to make Chicken Liver Sukka:
- You need 250 gms of chicken liver
- Prepare 2 of medium onions finely chopped
- It’s 1 of medium tomato finely chopped
- It’s 1 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1 tsp of paprika powder
- It’s 1 tsp of coriander powder
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric
- It’s 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
- Prepare as per taste of salt
- It’s 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- It’s as per need of chopped coriander
- It’s 4 tbsp of oil
Step to make Chicken Liver Sukka:
- Add 2tbsp of oil in a pan or kadai and let heat
- Add in liver pieces and let cook on low to medium flame
- Remove aside once cooked
- Add in 2tbsp oil in the same pan
- Add in chopped onions and let cook untill soften
- Add in ginger garlic paste
- Add in chopped tomato and let cook for 5 mins
- Add in coriander powder, turmeric, paprika, black pepper and garam masala powder
- Add in the liver and salt as per taste and saute well
- Cover with lid and let cook for 2 min
- Add lemon juice and chopped coriander and give it a mix
- Ready to serve with bread, pav,roti or bhakari
