The Ingredients needed to make Tandoori Chicken with Garlic Rice:
- It’s of Tandoori chicken
- Prepare 1 kg of Chicken
- Prepare of Garlic paste 2tbsp heaped
- You need of Shan tandoori masala as per ur taste
- It’s of Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp or 1 tbsp as per ur taste
- Prepare of Salt according to your taste
- Prepare 2 cups of Yougurt
- It’s 2-3 tbsp of Oil
- It’s 1 tsp of Garam masla
- You need 1/4 tsp of Chaat masala
- Prepare 1 of lemon squeezed
- It’s of Black pepper a little bit
- You need of Orange color (zardey ka rang)
- Prepare of Paprika powder little bit
- It’s of Tarqa rice
- Prepare 1-2 cups of rice
- It’s 1 of Chopped onions
- You need 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds
- You need 1 of Knorr chicken cube
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste
- You need to taste of Salt
- You need of Garnish
- You need 1 of onion
- You need 1 of tomato
- Prepare 1 of capsicum
- It’s 1-2 of green chillies
Step to make Tandoori Chicken with Garlic Rice:
- Marinate chicken in all these spices for atleast One hour.
- Now heat a pan add little bit of oil and cook chicken on medium flame until its tender.
Keep it saucy (like thick paste easy to pour on rice) do not cook it too much so all the gravy dries up.
- Now burn a small piece of coal until its red hot. It takes 1-2 minute Place a small piece of foil or any thick paper in the chicken. Place burning coal on it. Pour 1 tbsp oil so the smokes comes out and cover the pan immediately for 1-2 min. Uncover after 2 mins and take out the paper and coal.This chicken would have a bar b que tandoori flavor!!
- Fry onions until golden brown.
- Add cumin seeds,chicken cube and ginger garlice paste and salt. Fry for a
- Now add 3-4 cups water in it
- Bring it to boil now add rice. Cook until the water dries up.
- Keep the flame very low when water dries up and cover it
Turn off the flame after 10 min
- For garnishing-Cut the veggies in round slices
- Stir fry all of them separately in 1-3 tbsp oil just for 1-2 min
- Dish out to serve
