The Ingredients needed to make Tandoori Chicken:
  1. Prepare 2 lbs of skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  2. You need 4 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  3. Prepare 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon of ground coriander
  5. It’s 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  6. You need 2 teaspoons of turmeric
  7. Prepare 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1 tablespoon of garam masala
  9. You need 2 tablespoons of paprika
  10. Prepare of Juice of 1 lemon
  11. You need 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  12. Prepare 3 tablespoons of groundnut (or sunflower or canola) oil
Step to make Tandoori Chicken:
  1. Trim any excess fat from the chicken thighs, then cut the thighs into thirds, roughly equal in size.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients together in a small bowl. Combine well.
  3. Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl (or ziplock bag) and add the marinade. Mix well so that the chicken is evenly covered, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Remove chicken from fridge and bring up to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C/356°F. To cook, spread the chicken pieces out on a couple of baking trays ensuring they are not touching. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minute
  5. Enjoy with rice, naan bread or salad!
