  1. You need of Noodles
  2. Prepare 1/2 lb of rice noodles
  3. You need of Meat
  4. You need 1/2 lb of Sausage
  5. Prepare 1/3 lb of chicken
  6. It’s 1 tbsp of olive oil
  7. It’s 1 of egg
  8. Prepare of Veggies
  9. You need 1/2 of yellow pepper, diced
  10. It’s 1/4 of red pepper, diced
  11. Prepare 3 of thai peppers, sliced
  12. You need 3 clove of garlic, minced
  13. It’s 1 stick of lemongrass, sliced
  14. You need 6 of broccoli crowns
  15. It’s of Herbs, Spices, Seasoning, and Flavors
  16. Prepare 3 of kaffir lime leaves
  17. It’s 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
  18. Prepare 3 of whole cloves, crushed
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, ground
  20. Prepare 1/4 tsp of cardamom, ground
  21. You need 1/2 tsp of corriander, ground
  22. Prepare 1/4 tsp of garam masala
  23. It’s 1/2 tsp of cumin
  24. It’s 1 tsp of salt
  25. You need 1/2 tsp of pepper
  26. You need 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  27. It’s 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  28. It’s 1 cup of vegetable stock
  29. Prepare 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  30. You need 1 tbsp of fish sauce
  31. You need 2 tbsp of oyster sauce

A faster, simpler version of pad thai, this yummy recipe will leave you craving more. Add noodles and pour Pad Thai Sauce Using two utensils, use a gentle lift and turn method to fry noodles (like tossing a salad). Are you a Pad Thai lover like me?

  1. soak noodles in hot tap water, enough to fully cover, for 20 minute..then drain.

  6. Add sugar and sauces then mix well. Add broccoli…Add noodles and cook for another minute.
