The Ingredients needed to make Tofu and Ong Choi (Kang Kung) stir fried dish:
  1. It’s of whole bunch of Ong Choi (Kang Kung)
  2. You need of medium firm tofu
  3. It’s of Chilli powder
  4. It’s of salt
  5. It’s of pepper
  6. You need of soy sauce
  7. Prepare of canola oil / sunflower oil
  8. It’s of diced tomato
  9. It’s of diced green chillies
  10. Prepare of garlic sliced
  11. It’s of onion sliced/ diced
Step to make Tofu and Ong Choi (Kang Kung) stir fried dish:
  1. Wash Ong choi and cut in to medium size.
  2. Dice Tofu to medium size.
  3. Heat oil in a pan fry onion, garlic and tofu for 5-8 minute
  4. Put Ong choi, tomato,soy sauce,salt,pepper, chillies,chilli powder.Cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
