The Ingredients need to make Mock-Clear Soup:

2. You need 1 of Dashi stock
3. You need 1 of to 2 teaspoons Usukuchi soy sauce
4. Prepare 1 of Salt
5. You need 1 of to garnish Mitsuba

Step to make Mock-Clear Soup:

1. Put water and dashi stock in a pot and heat. Cube the steamed egg custard into small blocks and adjust the taste with usukuchi soy sauce and salt. Add mitsuba on top and serve.
