The Ingredients need to make Ice-Cream Cake:
  1. Prepare For of cake batter
  2. You need 10 of chocolate biscuits
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of milk
  4. Prepare 2 tsp of sugar
  5. It’s 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  6. It’s For of Chocolate Ganache
  7. It’s 50 gms of Amul fresh cream
  8. You need 50 gms of dark chocolate
  9. It’s 1 tsp of butter
  10. You need For of filling
  11. It’s 3 scoops of Ice cream
Step to make Ice-Cream Cake:
  1. Grind biscuits and sugar in a mixer grinder. Add milk and mix well to make a thick flowing consistency batter. Lastly add baking soda and stir well.
  2. Pour the cake batter into a greased cake tin and microwave for 2 minute
  3. Let the cake cool completely. Divide the cake horizontally into two slices from center.
  4. In the same cake container, place a plastic sheet and keep a base on it. Now spread the ice cream evenly on the 1st base and place the 2nd base on ice cream. Cover the plastic and deep freeze for 2 hour
  5. Till then make the ganache. For the ganache, take equal quantity of dark chocolate and cream and microwave for 1 minute. Add butter and mix well. The ganache is ready.
  6. Remove the cake from freezer and unmould the cake by pulling out the plastic. Now place the cake on a wire stand and pour the ganache over the cake. Decorate the cake and serve immediately. You can keep the cake deep freezed and remove 10 minutes before serving.
