- It’s 2 half of roll marie biscuits
- You need 5-6 tbsp of chocolate syrup
- You need 1/2 cup of condensed milk
- You need of Raisins as required
- It’s of Chocolate as required
- It’s 1 packet of red jelly
Step to make Cold Cake or Ice-cream Cake π¦π°:
- This is all you need.
- Roughly crush the biscuits and coat them with chocolate syrup. Spread half of them in a serving bowl keep the half for later use. Add some raisins too.
- Now in a bowl pour the cream and beat for 1 to 2 mint
- Now add jelly powder and beat again.
- Add condensed milk and beat. Dont beat too much we need normal consistency.
- Now pour half of this mixture in a serving bowl
- Spread the remaining biscuits and raisins and pour rest of the cream on top.
- Cut the chocolate in small pieces and garnish with chocolate and chocolate syrup.
- Chill for 1 to 2 hour in a freezer or for over night in the fridge. Easiest and yummiest cold cake is ready to eat.
