The Ingredients need to make Icecream Cake using Pancake Mix:

1. Prepare of For the sponge
2. It’s 1 pack of pancake mix
3. Prepare 2 of medium eggs
4. You need 1/2 cup of milk
5. It’s 1/4 cup of butter melted
6. It’s of For the icecream
7. You need 2 cups of crashed oreo biscuit
8. It’s 2 of packed of Nestle all purpose cream
9. It’s 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
10. Prepare of For the topping
11. It’s 1 cup of crashed oreo biscuit

Step to make Icecream Cake using Pancake Mix:

1. Preheat oven at 150 deg cel.
2. Mix Pancake mix, eggs, milk and butter in a large bowl. Pour into the pan. Bake for 15-20min Let it cool afterward
3. Using electric mixer, mix cream and powdered sugar until it become fluffy. Mix crashed Oreo gradually. Refrigerated for 5min
4. Cut your sponge into three layer
5. Layer your first sponge into a springform pan, then pour your cream mixture. Do the same steps with the remaining sponge and cream. Topped with your 1 cup crashed Oreo, or decorate as desired. Refrigerate for at least 4hour
