The Ingredients needed to make Pumpkin Cake Squares:

1. Prepare 1 cup of vegetable oil
2. You need 2 cup of sugar
3. You need 2 cup of pumpkin
4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt
5. It’s 2 tbsp of ground cinnamon
6. You need 1 tsp of baking soda
7. Prepare 1 tbsp of baking powder
8. You need 2 cup of all-purpose flour
9. You need 2 cup of any nuts optional
10. It’s 2 packages of cream cheese icing

Step to make Pumpkin Cake Squares:

1. Mix everything together in large bowl execpt nut
2. Grease cookie sheet and spread evenly.
3. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
4. Let cool and add icing. Sprinkle with nut
5. Normally I do make homemade creamcheese icing but sometimes I like to cheat too. I like to add a tsp of cinnamon to the icing. Gives it a little something extra. Also this recipe is very easy to cut in half. When I do cut in half I use a brownie pan to cook in. Hope yall enjoy!!
