- You need 2 tbsp of ●Soy sauce
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ●Mirin
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ●Sake

- You need 1 of Oil for deep frying

- Pat the skipjack tuna dry with paper towels, and cut into 1 cm slice Grate the ginger, and combine with the ● ingredient Spread out the tuna slices in a shallow container, pour in the marinade, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hour
