The Ingredients need to make Katsuo no Tatsuta-age (Fried Bonito):
- It’s 2 of pieces Bonito
- It’s 1 tbsp of ★Sake
- It’s 2 tbsp of ★Soy sauce
- It’s 1 clove of ★Garlic
- You need 1 of 1 teaspoon ★Ginger (grated)
- You need 1 of Katakuriko
Step to make Katsuo no Tatsuta-age (Fried Bonito):
- Cut bonito into bite sized pieces and dry well with a paper towel. Mix ★ and marinate bonito in thi Set aside for more than 10 minute
- Coat Step 1 with katakuriko. Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Place bonito in the pan and cover it with a lid. Once one side is cooked, flip
- Cook until golden brown and transfer to a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve on a plate. Done.
