- Prepare 1 of Plain flour
- It’s 50 ml of A. Water
- You need 50 ml of A. Sake
- Prepare 50 ml of A. Mirin
- You need 50 ml of A. Soy sauce
- You need 1 clove of A. Grated garlic
- It’s 1 of Oil
Step to make Teriyaki Buri (Amberjack) with Garlic and Black Pepper:
- Sprinkle salt on the amberjack pieces and leave for about 10 minute Then wipe the moisture from the surface well with a paper towel.
- Sprinkle plenty of black pepper on the amberjack.
- Coat the amberjack with plain
