The Ingredients needed to make Mushroom and Smoked Bacon Soup:
  1. Prepare 20 g of dried porcini mushrooms
  2. You need 1 of lamb stock cube
  3. It’s 125 g of shitake mushrooms
  4. You need 100 g of chestnut mushrooms
  5. You need 1 of medium onion
  6. It’s 100 g of smoked bacon lardons
Step to make Mushroom and Smoked Bacon Soup:
  1. Add the lamb stock cube and the porcini mushrooms to 800ml boiled Give it a good stir, cover and leave to stand.
  2. Pre heat an oven to 180°C fan.

  7. Add back to a medium-low heat to warm through before serving.
