The Ingredients needed to make Milky Matcha Kuro-mame:
  1. You need 2 tbsp of Cooked kuromame
  2. It’s 1/4 tsp of Matcha (or powdered green tea)
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Skim milk powder
  4. You need 1 of very small amount, (to taste) Salt (I recommend large-crystal natural salt)
Step to make Milky Matcha Kuro-mame:
  1. Add the kuromame to a dish.
  2. Mix together the matcha (or powdered green tea) and skim milk. This time I used a ratio of 12 for the matcha and skim milk. Use whatever ratio you like.
  3. Pour over the kuromame and serve. If desired, add a very small amount of salt.
