The Ingredients need to make Kevins Matcha Cheesecake:
- Prepare 3 packs (24 oz) of cream cheese
- You need 1 cup of heavy cream
- It’s 1 cup of sour cream
- It’s 10 grams of matcha powder
- You need 1 cup of granulated sugar
- It’s 1/2 tsp of cornstarch
- It’s 3 of eggs
- Prepare 1 1/2 cups of crushed gramham crackers
- It’s 1/4 cup of melted butter
Step to make Kevins Matcha Cheesecake:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- Mix melted butter and gramham crumbs
- Press crumbs into a springform pan lined with parchment paper
- Bake in oven for 10 mins
- Mix cream cheese, heavy cream, and sour cream until smoooooth, its best to have a hand mixer or stand mixer.
- As thats mixing away, combine sugar, match powder, and cornstarch
- Slowly add in dry ingredients into the cheese mixture and blend until smoooth, scraping down sides occasionally. Make sure there are no lumps!
- Add in eggs one by one, and mix until everything is combined
- Pour cheese mixture into springform pan, and place pan in a water bath about an inch deep. Wrap outside of pan with plastic wrap to prevent water from seeping in.
- Bake in oven for an hour, or until a small portion of the middle jiggle
- Let set in the fridge for at least 2 hour
- Cut and serve cold! YUMM
