  5. It’s 1 dash of ☆Pepper
  6. You need 2 tbsp of ☆Sake
  7. It’s 1 tsp of ☆Soy sauce
  8. It’s 1 of Egg
  9. You need 6 tbsp of Katakuriko
  10. Prepare 1 of Frying oil
Step to make Juicy Karaage Fried Chicken:
  1. Cut the chicken thighs into large piece About 12 pieces per 1 thigh. Cutting into large, thick pieces helps the meat retain its moisture.
