The Ingredients need to make Matcha Crumble:
- It’s 50 g of Butter softened
- Prepare of Note Add 1-2 pinches Salt if Unsalted Butter is used
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Self-Raising Flour
- You need 1-2 teaspoons of Matcha Powder
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of Caster Sugar
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar OR Caster Sugar
Step to make Matcha Crumble:
- Preheat oven to 160℃. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place softened Butter in a bowl, add Sugar, sift in Matcha Powder, and mix well. Add Flour and mix to form crumble.
- Scatter the crumble on the prepared tray and bake for 10 minute Cool completely and crumble as required.
