- Prepare 1 cup of Daal masoor
- Prepare 1 t of sp salt 1 t sp red chilli powder
- You need 3 cups of water
- You need 4 of green pepper
- You need 1 of onion chopped
- It’s 1 of tomato chopped
- It’s 1 of hand full chopped coriander leaves
- Prepare 2 of garlic cloves chopped
- You need 3 tb of sp desi ghee
Step to make Daal Masoor with egg fried rice and potato,rice balls:
- First of all clean and wash yellow Lentil.
- Take a pan put all ingredients in it except coriander leaves then let it cook on medium flame until semi thick batter type.
- Turn off the stove. Now in a frying pan put 3 tb sp desi ghee and garlic cloves then sautee it for 30 sec on low flame.
- Now pour it on Coked lentil.
- Ready serve it with rice, naan or roti as u like.
