The Ingredients need to make Asian Flavoured ‘Sauerkraut’:
  1. It’s 450 g of Sauerkraut
  2. It’s 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
  3. You need 1-2 tablespoons of Sugar
  4. It’s 1 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  5. You need 2 teaspoons of Garlic Chilli Sauce
  6. You need 1 tablespoon of Toasted Sesame Seeds
  7. Prepare 1-2 of Spring Onion finely chopped
Step to make Asian Flavoured ‘Sauerkraut’:
  1. Drain Sauerkraut to remove excess liquid but do not squeeze too much.
  2. Heat Sesame Oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook Sauerkraut for a few minute Season with Sugar, Soy Sauce and Garlic Chilli Sauce. Add Toasted Sesame Seeds and combine.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped Spring Onion and enjoy. Note Cooking Sauerkraut with some sliced Pork makes more satisfying for meat-lovers like my husband and son.
