The Ingredients need to make Colorful Ozoni Mochi Soup for the New Year:

  3. Prepare 30 grams of Cooked bamboo shoots in brine
  4. It’s 6 of cm Kintoki Carrot (dark red carrot)

  6. Prepare 2 of Shiitake mushrooms
  7. You need 2 of to 3 cm Kamaboko
  8. Prepare 6 of Snow peas
  9. It’s 400 ml of ☆Water
  10. It’s 1 of packet ★Bonito flake pack
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of ★Mirin
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of ★ Usukuchi soy sauce
  13. You need 1 tsp of ★Sake
  14. Prepare 1/2 of to 1 teaspoon ★Powdered dashi stock
  15. You need 1 pinch of ★Salt
  16. It’s 1/2 of Nori seaweed
  17. It’s 3 of cm square Yuzu citrus peel
  18. You need 1 of Mitsuba
  19. Prepare 2 of Temaribu (decorative dried wheat gluten shaped like little balls)
  20. Prepare 2 of Round mochi
Step to make Colorful Ozoni Mochi Soup for the New Year:
  1. Cut out the COOKPAD logo out of nori seaweed (refer to Steps 9-13).

  14. [How to cut the yuzu peel] Thinly peel the yuzu citrus, cut out a rectangle, and make two lengthwise cuts to make a backwards N. Fold back to make a X. This is called a broken pine needle.
