The Ingredients needed to make Asian Wings:
  1. Prepare 1 kg of chicken wings

  6. It’s 2 of eggs
  7. Prepare 1 cup of cooking oil (depends on how deep it your pan)
  8. Prepare of Coating
  9. You need 1/2 cup of kikoman soy sauce
  10. Prepare 3/4 cup of sugar
  11. You need 1/4 cup of water
  12. It’s 1 tbsp of Cooked sesame seeds
  13. Prepare of Topping
  14. It’s 2 tbsp of chopped onion spring
Step to make Asian Wings:
  1. Marinade chicken wings with Calamansi or lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let it stay for 30min
  2. Mix all together Cornstarch, flour, eggs and
  3. Dip chicken to mixture. When fully coated, drop chicken to the hot pan to start deep frying, cook for 9 minutes each batch.
  4. While frying the wings, get another pan for the coating sauce.
  5. Put kikoman soy sauce, sugar and Mix till it thicken
  6. Then add cooked sesame seed Make sure it is in low heat when the sauce thicken
  7. Preparation Put cooked chicken on a plate then coat chicken wings with the sauce. Transfer to serving plate and top with chopped onion spring.
