  2. You need 2 cups of King Arthur GF baking mix
  3. You need 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar
  4. You need 3/4 cup of milk (or 1 cup cream)
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup of melted butter (leave out if using cream
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning
  7. It’s of Topping
  8. You need 4 tbsp of melted butter
  9. It’s 1 tbsp of minced garlic
  10. It’s 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning
Step to make Gluten Free Garlic Cheddar Biscuits:
  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Combine baking mix and shredded cheese. Toss/stir together with Italian seasoning
  3. Combine melted butter milk, or sub in 1 cup cream. Stir into flour mixture to form dough
  4. Form into balls (small handful/ large cookie scoop) and Drop onto baking stone or ungreased/parchment lined baking sheet. Taller balls = taller biscuits
  5. Make topping by combing all ingredients
  6. Bake 8 minutes, turning pan halfway thru, remove from oven after 10 to brush on topping
  7. Bake 7 more minutes or until golden
  8. Remove from oven. Enjoy warm!
