The Ingredients need to make Gluten Free Prawn Pad Thai:
  1. It’s 20 of tiger prawns
  2. Prepare 1/2 of courgette
  3. Prepare 1 of red pepper
  4. You need 1 of red onion
  5. You need 1 tsp of garlic
  6. It’s 1 tsp of fresh chopped chilli
  7. It’s 1 tsp of fresh ginger
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
  9. It’s to taste of Fish sauce
  10. It’s 1 of lemon juice
  11. It’s 1 tsp of honey
  12. You need of Salt and pepper
  13. You need 2 bunches of soaked glass noodles
  14. It’s of Chopped peanuts and cashews
Step to make Gluten Free Prawn Pad Thai:
  1. Stir fry your veg until soft, add in your prawns and 3/4 cook.
  2. Add your sauce (chilli, garlic, ginger, soy, fish sauce, lemon and honey) and reduce, cooking the prawns through.
  3. Add your nuts and mix well. Season to taste and add your glass noodle
  4. Cool for two minutes and serve. Garnish with coriander
