Sindhi Biryani is a special meat and rice biryani dish originating from the Sindh province of Pakistan. The Ingredients need to make Sindhi chicken biryani:
  1. You need 1 kg of Chicken
  2. It’s 1 kg of Basmati rice
  3. It’s 200 gm of Curd
  4. You need 6 of Tomatoes
  5. You need 1/2 bunch of Coriander leaves
  6. Prepare 1/4 bunch of Mint leaves
  7. You need 4-5 of Green chillies
  8. You need 5-6 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder
  11. It’s to taste of Salt
  12. It’s 2 cups of Oil
  13. It’s 3 of Potatoes

Sindhi biryani is ready. and unlike other biryani recipes, in this biryani we dont cook tomatoe Rather than the regular Biryani, Sindhi Biryani is more spicy and tasty. Note, you can also substitute mutton with chicken. Potatoes are not necessary if you use Chicken though.

Step to make Sindhi chicken biryani:
  1. To make sindhi Biryani, first we have to marinate the chicken.
  2. For marination,yoghurt, garlic, ginger paste, whole garam masala, ground garam masala, tomatoes, potatoes and fried onions, coriander leaves and mint leaves,green chillies are to be marinated for 1 hour inside the chicken.
  3. In a pan, we have to heat the oil and put all the marinated chicken in it and make a gravy.
  4. Another pot is to heat the water and add whole garam masala and oil and salt and boil it.When the water gets hot, basmati rice has to be poured in it. Basmati rice should be 75%-cooked.
  5. The first chicken gravy has to be put in a separate vessel and the rice layer is to be applied on it.Repeat 2-3 time
  6. After the final rice layer will be done, add tomato sliced and fried onions and food colour and green coriander over it and steam it for 20 minuteafter 20 minuteThe biryani is ready to serve.
