DIRECTIONS Cube chicken into bite size pieces and place in a medium size mixing bowl. Add the salt, rice cooking wine, ginger and cornstarch to the chicken cubes, using a fork to mix it in and adding the cornstarch last, mix again. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute chicken until it turns white, then season with salt and pepper and add broth, soy sauce, celery, bamboo shoots and water chestnut
