- Prepare 2 cups of Boneless chicken (cut in small pieces)

- You need 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cardamom pwdr
- It’s 1 tsp of Shah zeera
- Prepare 2 of Black Cardamoms
- Prepare 1 of cinnamon stick
- Prepare Pinch of off Mace (javitri)
- Prepare 2 of green chillies
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Chopped coriander leaves
- Prepare 3 tbsp of chopped mint leaves
- It’s 1/2 cup of Fried onion (birista)
- It’s For of Rice
- You need 2 cups of Rice
- You need as required of Water for soaking and boiling rice
- Prepare as per taste of Salt
- You need 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- It’s For of Marination sauce
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Finely chopped ginger
- You need 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic
- It’s 2 tbsp of Finely chopped spring onion
- You need 1 tbsp of Soy sauce
- It’s 2 tbsp of Schezwan sauce
- You need 2 tbsp of red chilly sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp of Vineger
- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil
- It’s for of fried chicken-
- It’s 5 pieces of Chicken with bone (big size pieces)
- Prepare 2 tbsp of milk
- It’s 1/2 tbsp of black pepper pwder
- It’s 1/2 tsp of salt or as per taste
- You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of Soy sauce
- Prepare 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce
- You need 1/2 of egg
- It’s 1/2 cup of cornflour powder
- It’s 1 tbsp of Lemon juice
- It’s 1/2 tbsp of chicken Masala
- It’s 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- You need 1/2 tsp of orange food colour
- You need as required of Oil for frying
- Prepare for of Biryani Layer
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Boiled rice (bottom layer)
- You need 4 tbsp of Hot Oil
- It’s as required of Marinated chicken
- Prepare as required of Remaining Rice
- You need 3 tbsp of Hot Oil
- You need as required of Food colour mixture with 1/2 cup milk
When it comes to Biryani, I personally prefer mutton over chicken.
Im not sure why I made chicken but it might have something to do with the cooking time.

Then dissolve the color in Cover the lid and let it cook for 20 minute First keep the flame on high for 5 minutes, then let it cook on low heat for 15 minute
- Now lets prepare the chicken fry. Marinate the chicken by adding all the ingredients of chicken fry. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the chicken pieces in it on medium heat.
- When biryani is ready, serve hot garnish with tomato flower and fried chicken.
