  42. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of Soy sauce
  43. Prepare 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce
  44. You need 1/2 of egg
  45. It’s 1/2 cup of cornflour powder
  46. It’s 1 tbsp of Lemon juice
  47. It’s 1/2 tbsp of chicken Masala
  48. It’s 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  49. You need 1/2 tsp of orange food colour
  50. You need as required of Oil for frying
  51. Prepare for of Biryani Layer
  52. Prepare 1/2 cup of Boiled rice (bottom layer)
  53. You need 4 tbsp of Hot Oil
  54. It’s as required of Marinated chicken
  55. Prepare as required of Remaining Rice
  56. You need 3 tbsp of Hot Oil
  57. You need as required of Food colour mixture with 1/2 cup milk

  5. Now lets prepare the chicken fry. Marinate the chicken by adding all the ingredients of chicken fry. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the chicken pieces in it on medium heat.
  6. When biryani is ready, serve hot garnish with tomato flower and fried chicken.
