The Ingredients need to make Pineapple Teriyaki Homemade Beef Jerky:

  3. You need 24 oz. of Worcestershire sauce
  4. It’s 24 oz. of Soy sauce
  5. Prepare 5 oz. of Teriyaki sauce
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of Brown sugar
  7. Prepare of Black Pepper
Step to make Pineapple Teriyaki Homemade Beef Jerky:
  1. Freeze roast for 30 mins prior to cut time. When ready, Combine ingredients (all except black pepper) in large mixing bowl. Slice meat to quarter inch thick slice Marinate for 24hr
  2. Place meat strips on racks in dehydrator and sprinkle black pepper on tops to desired taste.
  3. Leave in dehydrator for 10-12 hr Or until desired level of tenderness is achieved.
