The Ingredients need to make Bell Pepper and Potato Stir-fry with Whole Grain Mustard:
  1. Prepare 1 large of Potato
  2. It’s 1/2 of pepper Red pepper
  3. You need 1/2 of pepper Yellow bell pepper
  4. It’s 1/4 tsp of Salt
  5. It’s 2 tsp of Whole grain mustard
  6. Prepare 1 of Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
Step to make Bell Pepper and Potato Stir-fry with Whole Grain Mustard:
  1. Peel and julienne the potato. Let it soak for over 5 minutes, then drain in a sieve.
  2. Slice the bell peppers into 5 mm width
  3. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the potato over medium heat.
  4. When the potato becomes transparent, add the bell peppers, and stir-fry for 1-2 minute Season with the salt and mustard, and remove from heat.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate. Top with Italian parsley (not listed) if you have any.
