The Ingredients needed to make Fried Fish Tacos:
  1. Prepare 2 of pieces of your choice of fish fillet
  2. You need 1 cup of Andys Fish breading (or your choice of breading)
  3. It’s 1 of lemon pepper seasoning to taste
  4. You need 1 of egg beaten
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of milk
  6. You need 1 of tortilla shells
  7. Prepare 2 cup of cooking oil (I use canola)
  8. Prepare 1 of Your favorite taco toppings
Step to make Fried Fish Tacos:
  1. Heat cooking oil to 400°
  2. Preheat oven to 350°
  3. Mix egg and milk and set aside
  4. Season fish with lemon pepper to taste and coat with egg mixture
  5. Then coat with breading
  6. Fry fish until golden and flaky
  7. Once fish is done, remove from oil and drain on a paper towel
  8. Heat tortilla shells for 5 minutes
  9. My fillets were quite large so I cut them in half
  10. Place fish in tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings
