The Ingredients need to make Deep Fried Kudzu Tofu:
- You need 250 ml of soymilk
- Prepare 20 grams of kudzu starch
- It’s 1 tbsp of potato starch
- You need 1/2 cup of mentsuyu
- It’s 4 grams of thin green spring onion
Step to make Deep Fried Kudzu Tofu:
- Put the soymilk and kudzu starch into the bowl and mix well.
- Pour step 1 into a small sauce pot. Cook over on a low frame. Stir continuously.
- Transfer step 2 to a vat, and transfer to the frigde to solidify once it has cooled.
- Chop the tofu into 4 piece Sprinkle potato starch over the tofu.
- Pour a small amount of oil into a pan and fry the tofu. Once the cubes of tofu begin to brown, flip them
- Serve the tofu on a plate and thoroughly cover in mentsuyu. Garnish with the green onion
