The Ingredients need to make Vegetables Upma:
  1. It’s of semolina/rava(I have used thin variety)
  2. It’s of finely chopped carrot
  3. It’s of thinely chopped french beans
  4. It’s of finely chopped green capsicum
  5. It’s of oil
  6. Prepare of urad dal
  7. Prepare of mustard seeds
  8. Prepare of Few curry
  9. Prepare of spicy green chillies chopped
  10. It’s of dry red chillies
  11. Prepare of Salt
  12. You need of hot water
  13. It’s of hot milk
  14. You need of ghee
  15. It’s of roasted cashewnuts
  16. Prepare of Finely chopped fresh coriander
Step to make Vegetables Upma:
  1. In kadhai add heat oil. Add cashewnuts and roast till crispy pinkish. Remove in plate. Now add urad dal in hot oil, saute it,as it turns pinkish,add mustard seeds as it splutter, add chopped green chillies, curry leaves and dry red chillies saute for 30 sec
  2. Add chopped carrot,french beans, green capsicum,mix well and saute for 2-3 minute
  3. Add semolina/ rava,mix well and saute on low flame for 10 minutes till nice aroma of roasted semolina come On other gas flame keep hot water and milk for boiling on low flame.
  4. After 10 minutes add hot water,milk and salt, stirring continuously so no lump are formed. Add ghee, mix well and cook for 1 minute. (If you dont want to add milk..then add 3 cups of hot water).
  5. Add fried cashewnuts mix well and off the flame.
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Vegetables Upma garnishing with fresh coriander leave
