The Ingredients need to make Vegetables Chowmein:
  1. Prepare of boiled Chow Mein
  2. Prepare of beans finely chopped
  3. It’s of Carrot finely chopped
  4. Prepare of small cabbage finely chopped
  5. You need of Capsicum finely chopped
  6. It’s of Salt
  7. You need of Big size Onions finely chopped
  8. You need of Soya sauce
  9. It’s of Tomato ketchup
  10. Prepare of vinegar
  11. Prepare of green chillies paste
  12. Prepare of Chings Schezwan masala
  13. It’s of refined Oil
  14. It’s of ginger and garlic paste
  15. It’s of black pepper powder
Step to make Vegetables Chowmein:
  1. Turn on the gas place a kadhai heat it properly then pour oil to it.
  2. Then add onions saute it then add ginger garlic and chilli paste to it and saute it for 2 mins in low flame. Then add all chopped vegetables saute it or cook it in Medium flame for 5 min Stir it continuously. So, that it will not burn.
  3. Then add all sauces and keep cooking then add boiled Chowmein to it and add salt to it and at last add black pepper powder and Chings Schezwan Masala to it and mix it properly and cook it for 2 to 3 min
  4. So, that masala will coat very well with the Chow Mein. Then off the flame and serve it hot.
