The Ingredients need to make Sattu Christmas cup cake:
  1. Prepare 2 cup of sattu aata
  2. It’s 1.5 cup of brown sugar
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup of oil
  4. Prepare 3/4 cup of curd
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of Baking powder
  6. It’s 1.5 tsp of baking soda
  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of ginger powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla essence
  10. It’s 1/2 cup of nuts(walnuts, almonds, raisins, apricots, fig, dates)
  11. It’s 1/2 cup of juice (mix fruits or orange)
Step to make Sattu Christmas cup cake:
  1. Soak all dried fruits in fruit juice for 2 hour
  2. Sieve all dry ingredients in a bowl sattu, baking soda and powder, cinnamon powder, ginger powder.
  3. Add soaked dried fruits along with half quantity of almonds and walnuts
  4. Mix brown sugar, oil, and curd in other bowl
  5. Add both dry and wet ingredients to form a thick batter. Add little milk, if batter gets too thick.
  6. Grease a cup cake and pour the cake batter in it. Sprinkle sunflower seeds and cherry on top of the batter.
  7. Bake the cup cake in 180°c preheat oven for 15
  8. Cool it and serve.
