The Ingredients needed to make Christmas Ginger Wine:

  7. You need 1 dozen of 1” sticks Cinnamon
  8. It’s 5 bottles (750 ml) of water
  9. You need 3 of level tspns Citric Acid
Step to make Christmas Ginger Wine:
  1. Put 2 bottles of water on the stove boil with the whole chilis for 10 minute Remove chili
  2. Add all the above ingredients - except Citric Acid Stir sugar. Boil for a little while.
  3. Add remaining water and keep it on low flame till it becomes half the quantity. Remove.
  4. Strain and then Cool completely.
  5. Add the Citric Acid.
  6. It can be stored in glass wine bottle Airtight with screw top
